Curt Biehn is Business Director, Flue Gas Treatment for Mississippi Lime Company.  He has been with Mississippi Lime since 2008, focusing on air pollution control in Dry Scrubber and Dry Sorbent Injection systems.  Curt holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from SIU – Edwardsville and a M. S. in Organic Chemistry from The Ohio State University.  Prior to joining Mississippi Lime, Curt worked in the Specialty Chemical industry in several roles, including Technical Services, Operations, Quality Management, and Applications Development.

Curt currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Worldwide Pollution Control Association and for over 10 years was on the planning team for the annual Dry Hydrate Users Group conference.  He has presented papers at numerous Utility and Industrial Air Pollution Control conferences.  In 2019, Curt was presented with the Reinhold Environmental Roundtable lifetime achievement award.
